Yes for teams traveling more than 100 miles, checked 2026-10-25: Perfect Game lists the St. Louis BCS World Series as lodging required, and every level page prints 24 minimum room nights to be compliant, unless the team pays the Hotel Waiver Fee. The Lodging Policy page says all required room nights must be reserved by the first day of the tournament. It prints the Hotel Waiver Fee as (days - 1) x $200, which by the policy's formula is $600 for a four-day event; the page does not print that total.
