Corrections and Disputes

Corrections and disputes

If we got something wrong, tell us. We fix verified errors within 48 hours and update the checked date on that fact.

How to report an error

Every page has a "Spot something wrong?" link. It opens the corrections form with the page already filled in. Tell us what is wrong and, if you can, link to the official source that shows it.

Our email address is coming soon. Until then, the form is the way to reach us.

What happens next

  1. We read your report and check it against the official source.
  2. If the error is real, we fix it within 48 hours and update the checked date.
  3. If we cannot verify it, we leave the page as is and note what we checked.

Corrections come from anyone: parents, hotels, tournament staff. Nobody gets faster treatment for paying us, and nobody can pay to have a fact changed.

Tournaments: disputing a score

The Housing Fairness score is computed only from the tournament's published rules. If you think we misread a rule, send us the rule. Point to the exact page and sentence.

If the rule supports a different score, we change it and show the new source and date. If the rule changes later, the score changes with it. The formula is on the method page.

Reports and ratings

We do not remove a parent rating because a tournament asked or paid. We remove content only for clear rule breaks: wrong event, personal attack, a child's name, or contact details. Each removal is logged. See the editorial policy.

Children's information

If a report names a child or includes a photo, flag it in the form. We remove it.
