Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can. This page lists what we store and why. TourneyTrip is operated by Hive Asset Group, LLC.

Who this site is for

TourneyTrip is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We never publish children's names, rosters or photos. If you find one, tell us through the corrections form and we remove it.

What we store

• Reports and ratings. What you write about a tournament, your rating, and the account it came from.
• Follow emails. If you follow a tournament, we store your email address to send updates about it.
• Corrections. What you submit in the corrections form, plus any contact details you choose to include.
• Anonymous counters. Simple counts of page views and link clicks. They are not tied to you.

Sign in

There are no passwords. You sign in with a link we email you. We store your email address to make that work. Staying signed in may keep a sign-in token in your browser. We do not use it for tracking.

What we do not do

• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
• We do not sell your information.
• We do not show ads.
• We do not collect data about children.

Public content

Reports and ratings you submit may appear on the site. We do not show your email address. Do not put names of children or contact details in a report. We remove them if you do.

Booking links

When you click a booking link, you leave TourneyTrip for Stay22 and then the hotel or Vrbo. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may use their own cookies. We earn a commission on some bookings. See the affiliate disclosure.

Who handles your data

We use hosting and storage providers to run the site, including Netlify. They process data for us under their own terms. Hotel data comes from OpenStreetMap.

How long we keep it

We keep reports, ratings and corrections as long as they are useful and accurate. We keep follow emails until you unfollow or ask us to delete them. Anonymous counters are not personal data.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop emailing you. Use the corrections form. Our email address is coming soon. We act on verified requests within 45 days. Minnesota residents may have additional rights under Minnesota law, and we honor them as they apply.

Security

We limit what we collect, which limits what can leak. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will say so on the site.
