By using TourneyTrip you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. TourneyTrip is operated by Hive Asset Group, LLC.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. The site is for parents and other adults planning tournament travel.

What the site is

TourneyTrip gives information about youth sports tournaments, nearby hotels and trip costs. It is free. It is a guide, not a booking service. When you book, you deal directly with the hotel, rental site or tournament.

Check before you book

We check every fact against official sources, and each fact shows its source and checked date. Rules and prices still change. Confirm stay-to-play rules, deadlines, rates and cancellation terms with the tournament and the hotel before you pay. The trip cost calculator gives estimates built from assumptions you can see and edit.

Your content

You may submit reports and ratings only if you attended the tournament. You must:

• Be honest and write only about your own experience.
• Leave out children's names, photos and anyone's contact details.
• Avoid personal attacks.
• Not accept or offer payment or rewards for a rating.

You keep ownership of what you write. You give Hive Asset Group, LLC a non-exclusive, free license to display, store and edit it for formatting on the site. We may remove content for clear rule breaks, as described in the editorial policy. We do not remove content because a tournament asked or paid.

Things you may not do

• Post false, misleading or fake reports or ratings.
• Try to break, overload or scrape the site in ways that harm it.
• Use the site to harass anyone.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Our data and third parties

Hotel data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under its license. Drive times are computed with OSRM. Tournament names and rules belong to their owners. TourneyTrip is not affiliated with any tournament, league, hotel or governing body.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent Minnesota law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent Minnesota law allows, Hive Asset Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site, such as a lost booking or a non-refundable fee. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Corrections and disputes about content

Use the corrections form. Tournaments may dispute a score by pointing to a published rule.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
