This is a Stay to Play event and teams must use our housing agency in order to participate in this event. We use the company “Traveling Teams” for our housing needs and all teams will need to go through them for their hotel arrangements.

Refund policy: No entry fee refunds will be issued to any team dropping out 30 days prior to the event or once the event is full. No refunds of any kind (Entry Fee, Team Gate, T-shirts, Etc….) will be issued to any team dropping out 14 days prior to the event. Source.
What to know
Can I book my own hotel? No. The host page for the SE National Championship “Music City USA” says teams must use its housing agency, Traveling Teams, in order to participate (checked 2026-10-22). The page names no local exemption, penalty or booking deadline.
