The event runs Saturday and Sunday, June 5 and 6, 2027. Throw The Heater 2K27 (Major League Rings) is a two day USSSA State Qualifier event for 7U to 14U teams. Entry runs $200 to $375 per team, and the page lists the gate fee as TBA.
This is the last of the five Bay Area USSSA events that list SJWAA, and the only one in June. The earlier ones are Clearwater Clash on February 27 and 28, Marucci Bay Area on April 3 and 4, Backyard Sports NIT on May 1 and 2, and West Coast A/AA on May 28 to 30.
The same 12 parks as Backyard Sports NIT are listed, so a team assigned to Forbes Field at Forbes Rec (6401 94th Ave, Pinellas Park FL 33782) will find Comfort Inn & Suites 6 minutes away, while Putnam Park (799 Riviere Rd., Palm Harbor FL 34683) is 7 minutes from Hampton Inn & Suites Tarpon Springs.
