What to know
Can I book my own hotel? The lodging notice on the West Coast A/AA Championship (New MLB Rings) page says non-local teams must book through the USSSA platform (checked 2026-10-22). It does not define local, and it names no penalty or deadline.
The event runs Friday through Sunday, May 28 to 30, 2027. West Coast A/AA Championship (New MLB Rings) is a three day USSSA Global State event for 7U to 14U teams. Entry runs $200 to $375 per team, and the page lists the gate fee as TBA.
This is the only one of the five Bay Area events that runs three days. The page lists 9 ballparks, and three of them sit on Riviere Road and Ninth Street in Palm Harbor: Putnam Park, Palm Field (1151 Riviere Road) and Sunderman Sports Complex (1631 Ninth Street), within 6 to 7 minutes of Hampton Inn & Suites Tarpon Springs or The J Hotel & Suites.
The other six are Canal Park in Oldsmar, Lake Vista Recreation Center and Oliver Field in St. Petersburg, Safety Harbor City Park, Cross Bayou in Seminole and SJWAA in Largo.
