What to know
Unclear, checked 2026-10-29: the 2027 Crossroads All-College Series runs Thursday July 22 to Sunday July 25, 2027 at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, IN, and the 17U/18U page prints no lodging rule. Perfect Game's lodging policy page is a standard template: it loaded with the same text for every event ID we opened, including a one-day event, so we do not treat it as this event's rule.
That policy page says teams more than 100 miles away book through EventConnect or pay a Hotel Waiver Fee of (days - 1) x $200. By our calculation a four-day event would be $600 if it applies, which is not a printed figure. Ask Perfect Game before you book.
Hampton Inn Marion is 11 minutes from the campus and Holiday Inn Express is 13. Comfort Inn is 30.
Two levels, 15U/16U and 17U/18U. The 17U/18U page lists a $1,595 entry fee, 4 games guaranteed weather permitting, and a bracket format described as showcase style.
