What to know

Yes. Perfect Game lists The Midwest Prospect Select as "Event Lodging Required" under its Lodging Policy, checked 2026-10-23. Hotel questions go to hotels-midamerica@perfectgame.org, the MidAmerica address, not the Pastime one used by the other KU events.

On room nights, the event box says "24 Minimum Room Nights required to be compliant", while the Perfect Game FAQ says "you must book an average of 8 rooms per night for the duration of the event". We do not know how the two figures relate, so confirm with the housing contact.

The page counter reads "0 Team/24", and the first 8 teams to register and pay are promised a game at the featured field. Quality Inn & Suites is the closest hotel in our list at 4 minutes and 1.2 miles from 1545 Allen Fieldhouse Dr.
