Perfect Game's Lodging Policy page says teams more than 100 miles from the host venue must book through EventConnect or pay a Hotel Waiver Fee, and teams within 100 miles are exempt. The Hotel Waiver Fee is $200 for this 2-day event by the policy's formula, our calculation from the formula, (2 - 1) x $200, not a printed figure. The 8 room nights equal 8 rooms for 1 night.
