What to know
Can I book my own hotel? Not from beyond 60 miles (checked 2026-10-23): CAN/AM states that out of town teams more than 60 miles from Shelton must reserve rooms and stay at one of its authorized hotels. The event runs Fri Jan 15 to Sun Jan 17, 2027. The Out of Town Package tab prints a 20 room night minimum for out of town teams (more than 60 miles away) and charges "$50 per room night short." It says rates are valid "until 60 days prior to the event," which is a rate cutoff, and that uninsured reservations are non-refundable.
