All Bloomington Tournaments are Stay to Play. All visiting teams must stay at one of the sponsoring hotels.
Refund policy: Any team that withdraws forfeits its deposit unless a replacement team fills the spot. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable on voluntary cancellations. Source.
