What to know
Despite the name, this event is in New Orleans: January 29 to 31, 2027 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. USA Volleyball lists it as the Music City Girls and Girls 18s qualifier.
The host calls it a Stay & Play event. Every team needs a minimum of 15 room nights, such as 5 rooms for 3 nights, through THS at an approved hotel, and must register and pay first.
If a team drops below the minimum, the rules give 24 hours to fix it. After that, acceptance may be cancelled or a penalty set by the event is required.
General housing opened Sept 29, 2026. The host says hotel deposits and entry fees are non-refundable if the contract and entry are cancelled.
