What to know
The NCVA page lists three weekends at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center: April 9 to 11, April 16 to 18 and April 23 to 25, 2027. Each weekend has different ages and divisions, so check which one your team is on.
The NCVA page says each team needs 12 room nights through Tournament Housing Services (THS) to be accepted. The team's registration must be paid before it can book rooms.
The entry fee is $1,100 per team. The registration and payment deadline is Feb 1, 2027 at 9:00 am, and the fee is non-refundable once the team is accepted or the deadline passes.
The page does not list a local-team exemption or a penalty. We did not find either, so ask NCVA or THS (888-536-8326) before assuming anything.
