Teams traveling more than 100 miles from the primary host venue are required to secure hotel accommodations through Perfect Game's official lodging platform, EventConnect, or pay the designated Hotel Waiver Fee. Hotel Waiver Fee formula: (number of tournament days - 1) x $200. If a team is found to be non-compliant after being scheduled, the team may be deemed ineligible for future Perfect Game events until the waiver fee is resolved.

Checked 2026-10-26: we read the 7U AA and 13U Major (60/90) pages of the Spring Heat Classic, and both print lodging as required with 8 minimum room nights. Perfect Game's Lodging Policy page applies this only to teams more than 100 miles away, who use EventConnect or pay the Hotel Waiver Fee. The other levels were not read.
Spring Heat Classic is the weekend of Saturday April 3 and Sunday April 4, 2027, a week after the Easter One Day, at Fields at Station 63, 500 Heritage Pkwy S, Mansfield, TX. It lists 23 levels from 7U to 14U.
Our math from the published formula, (2 days minus 1) times $200, is a $200 Hotel Waiver Fee for a two-day event. Perfect Game prints the formula, not a dollar total. Rooms must be reserved by the first day of play, and a team that is out of compliance after scheduling may lose eligibility for future PG events until it pays.
Entry on the pages we read was $450 for 7U AA and $695 for 13U Major (60/90), with 3 games guaranteed if weather permits. Cancel at least 3 weeks out for a credit; otherwise there are no refunds.
