Swing Into Summer, May 22 and 23, 2027, is a lodging-required weekend per Perfect Game: the level pages we opened on 2026-10-26 ask for 8 minimum room nights. Per the policy page, that binds only teams from beyond 100 miles, who go through EventConnect or accept the Hotel Waiver Fee. Anyone within 100 miles is local and exempt.
It is held at Fields at Station 63 (500 Heritage Pkwy S, Mansfield), one week after the Spring Showdown on the same fields. SpringHill Suites Dallas Mansfield is the nearest hotel we list, roughly 5 minutes' drive.
We figure the waiver at $200 for these two days, from (2 - 1) x $200. Perfect Game shows the formula and no total. Entry was $450 on the 7U AAA page and $695 on the 14U Major page; your level may differ.
A credit to a future event is available when you cancel at least 3 weeks before play. Once payment is made, Perfect Game issues no refunds.
