What to know
Unclear, checked 2026-10-29: the SETBA TexLa Championship runs Tuesday June 15 to Sunday June 20, 2027 at Ford Park in Beaumont, TX, and the 9U AAA page prints no lodging rule. Perfect Game's lodging policy page is a standard template: it loaded with the same text for every event ID we opened, including a one-day event, so we do not treat it as this event's rule.
That policy page does say teams more than 100 miles away book through EventConnect or pay a Hotel Waiver Fee of (days - 1) x $200, with teams inside 100 miles exempt. By our calculation a six-day event would be $1,000 if it applies, which is not a printed figure. Ask the contact on the host page before you book or skip a block.
The closest hotel in our list is Executive Inn & Suites, 6 minutes by car. La Quinta Inn & Suites Beaumont West is 7 minutes away.
The group lists 18 divisions, 9U to 14U in AAA, AA and Open. The 9U AAA page lists a $695 entry fee. The event page lists a tournament director.
