What to know
Unclear, checked 2026-10-29: the SETBA TexLa Coach Pitch Championship runs Thursday June 17 to Sunday June 20, 2027 at Ford Park in Beaumont, TX, and the 6U AA page prints no lodging rule. Perfect Game's lodging policy page is a standard template: it loaded with the same text for every event ID we opened, including a one-day event, so we do not treat it as this event's rule.
That policy page says teams more than 100 miles away book through EventConnect or pay a Hotel Waiver Fee of (days - 1) x $200, with teams inside 100 miles exempt. By our calculation a four-day event would be $600 if it applies, which is not a printed figure. Confirm with the host contact first.
Executive Inn & Suites is the closest hotel in our list at 6 minutes by car. Holiday Inn on Walden Road is 7.
Six divisions: 6U, 7U and 8U, each AA and Open. The 6U AA page lists a $595 entry fee and pool play followed by a double elimination bracket. It shares Ford Park with the SETBA TexLa Championship that week.
