What to know
The Shootout - Tennessee runs March 26 to 27, 2027, Friday and Saturday, at Rocky Top Sports World, 1870 Sports World Blvd in Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Entry is $395 per team with 3 games guaranteed for girls 10U-17U.
Housing is where the page and the policy disagree. The page says teams "can book their hotels through Prep Network's SaveAndPlay" and that teams traveling more than 90+ miles "will be required to book a minimum of 8 reservations for the weekend." Prep Network's housing policy says SaveAndPlay is optional for non-marquee events, with no distance rules.
This event is not on the policy's marquee list, so we cannot call it required or free to book anywhere. It stays unclear until the host says which wording governs.
Friday and Saturday play needs 1 night at the minimum, our calculation. Rocky Topp's Adventure Inn and Suites is the closest listed hotel at 1 minute (0.4 miles), and Buckhorn Inn is 4 minutes.
