What to know
Jazz City Jam runs May 7 to 9, 2027, Friday through Sunday, at Mississippi Basketball & Athletics, 2240 Westbrook Rd in Jackson, MS 39211. Entry is $550 per team with 4 games guaranteed for girls 10U-17U.
Housing is where the page and the policy disagree. The page says teams "can book their hotels through Prep Network's SaveAndPlay," then adds that teams traveling more than 90+ miles "will be required to book a minimum of 8 reservations for the weekend."
That conflicts with the housing policy, which makes SaveAndPlay optional for events outside its marquee list, and this is outside it. We cannot call it required or free to book anywhere, so it stays unclear until the host says which wording governs.
For planning, Jazz City Jam needs 2 nights at the minimum, our calculation. The closest hotel in our list to the venue, Studio 6, is 7 minutes by car (2.6 miles), and Studio 6, Extended Stay America - Jackson - North and Siegel Select are all within 9 minutes.
