2027 TCS Lodging Policy CO 4th of July is a Stay to Play Event. To be scheduled to play in this event your team must fit into one of the following three categories (by May 15, 2027): 1. Teams are REQUIRED to book via our convenient online EventConnect lodging platform. This will automate and simplify booking rooms (minimum requirement is 40 total room nights per team) and report your rooms. 2. Local Teams within 100 miles will be exempt. 3. Out-of-town teams that wish to stay outside of the TCS lodging options, such as campgrounds, rv parks, VRBO, etc. can choose to pay the Lodging Surcharge. Please see the below payment amounts/dates.

Refund policy: A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels 90 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee. Lastly, if a team cancels 91 prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Source.
