The P5 Patriot Games is a Stay to Play Event. To be scheduled to play in this event your team must fit into one of the following three categories (by June 1): Teams are REQUIRED to book lodging using your custom team booking link to our EventConnect lodging platform. This will automate and simplify booking and reporting your minimum requirement is 18 total room nights per team. You do NOT need to report your rooms on the TCS website. Local Teams within 100 miles will be exempt. Our online lodging software uses zip codes to automatically mark teams local so no waivers needed. You will still get a lodging email with a link so you can access our great rates if needed. Out-of-town teams that wish to stay outside of the TCS lodging options, such as campgrounds, rv parks, VRBO, etc. can apply (with proof of alternate lodging) to pay the Lodging Surcharge of $900 on the Triple Crown event website.

Refund policy: A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels 90 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee. Lastly, if a team cancels 91 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Source.
