What to know
The Florida Region says this is a stay-to-play event. Each team books at least 4 room nights per day of competition, so 12 room nights for a 3-day event and 8 for a 2-day event. Team Travel Source is the official housing partner.
Housing has to be verified by February 26, 2027 at 3:00pm, the same day as the payment deadline. After that the rules say non-compliant teams are dropped and wait list teams are notified.
The rules list four exemptions: a stay fully paid with points, a practice facility within 75 miles, staying with family or friends within 75 miles, and a verified military or government rate. Entry is $850 for 3-day bid divisions and $550 for 2-day non-bid divisions. Games are at Orange County Convention Center, West Hall.
