What to know
The Florida Region says this is a stay-to-play event. Its policy sets 4 room nights per team per day of competition (12 for a 3-day event, 8 for a 2-day event) through Team Travel Source, the official housing partner.
The event is January 23 to 25, 2027 at the Orange County Convention Center, North Hall. Entry is $850 for 3-day bid divisions and $550 for 2-day non-bid divisions, with the payment deadline December 23, 2026 at 3:00pm.
The policy lists four exemptions: points for an entirely free stay, a practice facility within 75 miles, family or friends within 75 miles, and a verified military or government rate. The event page says all housing requirements must be met by December 23, 2026 at 3:00pm, the same day as the payment deadline.
