The housing rule
Effective for the 2026-27 volleyball season, teams who are traveling 60 miles or more to designated NCR hosted tournaments must make hotel reservations through NCR’s travel partner, THS.

What to know
The NIKE Ace of Clubs Region Qualifier is February 6 and 7, 2027 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. The North Country Region dates sheet lists it. In-person check-in is Friday, February 5 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the convention center.
Qualifying divisions are girls 18s, boys region-bid age groups and a Freedom Bid for girls 14 to 17. Girls 11s to 18s can enter the non-qualifying divisions. Rosters are due Saturday, January 30, 2027, and online check-in runs January 20 to 30.
The Stay & Save policy says teams traveling 60 miles or more to designated NCR hosted tournaments must book through THS. Those teams must book at least 12 rooms over the two-day event.
Missing the minimum can mean removal from the event until compliant and a housing penalty fee of up to $1000. The policy also lists disqualification with no team fee refund.
