The World Series is a Stay to Play Event. To be scheduled to play in this event your team must fit into one of the following FOUR categories (by May 1, 2027): 1. Teams can book HOTELS via our convenient online EventConnect lodging platform. This will automate and simplify booking rooms (minimum requirement is 36 total room nights per team, EXA: 2 bdrm unit for 6 nights=12 room nights) and reporting your rooms. 2. The WORLD SERIES does have many condo type options where the portal directs you to a link, phone number (or group code). Teams will still need to report your lodging by emailing your NAMES, CONFO#s, LODGING LOCATION, and ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE to rrivera@triplecrownsports.com to meet compliance. 3. Local Teams within 80 miles will be exempt. 4. Out-of-town teams that wish to stay outside of the TCS lodging options, such as VRBO, Airbnb, campgrounds, RV parks etc. can choose to pay the Lodging Surcharge of $1500 on the event website.

Refund policy: A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels 60 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee. Lastly, if a team cancels 61 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Source.
