Perfect Game WWBA and BCS Housing Rules for 2027: 9 Events, Room Nights Quoted

As of Oct 15, 2026, all 9 Perfect Game baseball events in our data say the Perfect Game Lodging Policy is required. The room night minimum is 24, 32, 40 or 48, set per event.

Which Perfect Game events have a housing rule?

All 9 of the Perfect Game events in our data, as of Oct 15, 2026. Eight are national championships in June and July 2027 at three venues in Georgia, Alabama and Florida. The ninth is a 10U season opener in Texas.

The wording is nearly the same on every page. Every page we re-read opens with the heading "Event Lodging Required" and says: "Perfect Game Lodging Policy is required for this event." Then each gives its own number: "[N] Minimum Room Nights required to be compliant." Entry fee and games guaranteed are the posted team prices on the event page.

Fees and games are for the main division on each page. The 14U page also lists an AAA division at $1,995 with 5 games, with the same 40 room nights. The 13U page says only 30 paid spots will be open.

What does the rule say?

Here is the 14U WWBA wording as of Oct 15, 2026: "Event Lodging Required. Perfect Game Lodging Policy is required for this event. 40 Minimum Room Nights required to be compliant." The housing partner it names is EventConnect, with hotel questions sent to PGhousing@eventconnect.io.

The 15U page, re-read Oct 18, 2026, reads the same with a different number: "48 Minimum Room Nights required to be compliant." The 17-18U BCS page says 24.

The same FAQ says: "For any Perfect Game nationally run tournaments (red flag tournaments), it is mandatory to stay in a hotel provided by the PG housing partner." The event pages do not say which events that covers.

What the rule text does not say matters too. The rule text we captured states no mileage exemption, no dollar buyout and no booking deadline. Those details may sit in the full Perfect Game Lodging Policy, which we did not use as a source. Read it for your event.

How do the numbers compare?

Four of the nine events post 48 room nights, two post 40, two post 32 and one posts 24. The Perfect Game FAQ on each event page explains the count this way: "you must book an average of 8 rooms per night for the duration of the event." It does not say how that average maps to each posted minimum, so ask Perfect Game housing before you plan.

The BCS events at JetBlue Park post the two lowest numbers (24 and 32), and they run 4 to 5 days. The 15U, 16U and 17U WWBA events run 8 days and post 48. The 13U 54/80 event, at 5 days and 30 team spots, posts 32.

Where would we stay?

Each venue page ranks hotels by drive time, not commission. Open the one for your event: East Cobb, Hoover Met, JetBlue Park or CTX Field of Dreams. Because these events require the Perfect Game Lodging Policy, a hotel on our list may or may not count toward your room nights. Confirm with Perfect Game housing first.

What should a parent check?

• Find the minimum for your age group on the event page and write it down with the date.
• Ask your coach or manager who books the team's room nights and how they are counted.
• Read the full lodging policy for deadlines or exceptions before you pay the entry fee.
• Check the refund text. The 14U page says no refunds after payment, with a credit to a future event if notice comes 3 weeks ahead.
